On this form, you are able to submit tickets related to errors or violations in relation with the InnoFit Fusion Marketing system. Furthermore, you are able to submit partner relocation inquiries - you can find a corresponding option in the Ticket type dropdown menu.
Please only submit tickets considering questions and inquiries which your direct was not able to answer or come up with a solution.
The submitted tickets will be processed, and we will get back to you with a solution. Please after submission, be patient. We get a text alert right after you post a ticket, we will know about the issue. Altough this does not mean, that we can start working on the solution right away.
Please fill out every field - and be specific describing the issue.
If you are submitting a ticket about the violation of the General Terms of Service, attach a URL, and a screenshot. Tickets lacking these detail ("somewhere I've seen, that...") can not be processed.
To further describe your ticket, you are able to attach picture, video or audio.
